What is Energy Bodywork?
Energy Bodywork works with the client’s own energies to loosen blockages and more fully connect body, mind and spirit. When all the disconnects within a person are flowing together, clients often find that their own self-knowing awakens with a clear message as to their direction and joy in life.
Energy Bodywork, or energy healing, is based on this fundamental premise that everything is energy: thoughts, emotions, attitudes, beliefs, and the physical body. The methodologies of energy healing includes a mixture of techniques that appear to be elements of massage and bodywork but use the gifts of the healer to move alongside a person’s own energy to assist the person to heal themselves.
